I got a roll expired 2005 of Kodak TP in 120 size and i have found very different dev times for the TP in HC110. So what dilution and time is best for this? Otherwise i'm going to go for HC110 stand dev.

Tech Pan looks very bad in standard developers, with far too much contrast and harsh tonality. Technidol or POTA are needed to get pictorial results out of it. Stand development is very likely to cause bromide drag or streaking with this film - the emulsion is very thin but it needs a lot of developer to adequately develop it. There's plenty of Technidol on eBay and POTA and other low contrast developers are available from Photographers Formulary.

I have tried the TP in HC 110 and did not like the result. It works better in Rodinal - if the contrast is not too high. This is Rodinal 1:40 for 9 min - with agitation every 2 minutes and careful at that!
Sky is blown out - but the rest works fine though a bit "thin" looking negative.
This is with the 35mm Tech Pan - you might want to add a minute or two for the 120 size and the "age" of the film.
M2 and Super Angulon 21f3.4
