kombine Kiev 4 top and kiev 3a chassis ?

I have retitled my previous post to ask if an early Kiev 4 top and meter can be fitted to a K 3a base ?

i know it's daft , but I would love a Kiev 4 with old style base / foot ... and better mechanics ?
