Just received a Konica AutoS 1.9 off Evil bay for $21 Aus, pretty happy with it, in good condition overall. It does have a few issues though, aperture blades are sticking, so I applied a little lighter fluid to the barrel via the self timer ( i don't know if that may cause other problems? & I know they may seize again) that freed the blades and got the self timer working as well. The rangefinder does not align at infinity although I have found a site that covers that see below. Although a little apprehensive about that job.

I think that it's quite a handsome camera and appears to be well put together see image below.

Anybody out there with with one who may have a few tips!!!!

Hi Kippaxaus. I also have an Auto S and they are excellent cameras. However they are faily complex to fix, and I think this camera needs to be fixed properly. Dripping lighter fluid in through the self timer slot is probably not going to work for long plus you could end up with residue on the inner surfaces of the lens. You really need to follow the steps in the "Feuerbacher" thread above or find someone who can tackle it for you. Everybody raves about the lens on the S2, but I can assure that these lens are also sharp as a tack.
Good luck. :)
