I just purchased this neat little AF camera at a rummage sale. It is really sharp and well built. It also takes AA Batteries which is always a plus. My question is beside the lens is a distance indicator. After you take a shot it shows between 1m and infinity. After you cock the shutter it returns back under 1m. I'm not really getting what this is for? Other than proving that the AF worked. If the Konica C35 rangefinders are as well built as this camera, they deserve a second look. I have been searching rummage sales and I have yet to find a real rangfinder camera. I guess I am 10 years too late, destined to a life of finding 80's and 90's junk. Oh well. Thanks in advance,
Keith
