I'm new to RFs and just wanted to fix a C35 Auto I got. The photosensor is dead as it has no resistance at all(even in the dark). The one I took off the camera as two characters: IJ or lJ or 1J(not sure which one). I went to my local electronic store's website and it shows the following choices(see bottom of page in the PDF).

Any idea which one I should get?

Thanks!

I looked into buying a replacement cell a while ago. I've yet to strip my C35, so it may be a wire problem. These cameras can be very cheap, the non-rangefinder version C35-v, shares the same cell and generally is even cheaper. These were cheaper than some of the cells I was considering.
Good luck.

In case anyone needs this info, I measured one that I think is good. It's 40k ohms in the dark, and 500 ohms 2 inches from a 40 watt incandescent bulb (17.5 ev or so incident, 20 ev or so reflective). If you're measuring, remember that cds has a memory, let it sit in the dark a bit before you measure the dark resistance..
