I have one of these auto everythings with a fixed lens on it (35mm/f2). despite, or maybe because of, its ease of use I hardly every use it., Much more likely to use the Hexar RF, or my M6.

But I stumbled accross a couple of Velvia slides I put throught it maybe the only time I tried it last year and I am very impress with how the meter got the exposure just right, and how well the lens rendered the light I guess wide open, considering I was shooting in doors, low light with 50 iso slide film

The meter in the HAF is great - I forget the pattern, I think it's the center rectangular area, but it's pretty much center weighted, even more so in M mode. Great photos.

It's been ages since I used my Hexar Silver too. Don't really know why other than using my digi RD1 is more convenient. Shoud really get some film in and give it another go. The lens is superb. Liked your pix btw Nick.

Really nice photos. The Hexar AF is the only film camera that I kept after I converted from film to digital because it's the only camera I really love. When I am in a slow moode I will shoot a film or two with it again.
