Konica IIA -- doesn't have strap lags.

I just got a Konica IIA which I'm having fun with, but it doesn't have strap lugs, and it's all metal (meaning it's heavy!) How do you guys carry a camera without strap lugs, other than in one hand? Any suggestions?

I don't own a IIA, but this business on Etsy sells half-cases and straps that would do the trick.

No personal experience, but Gordy's makes a sling and wrist strap that mounts to the tripod socket:

There are these „screw in strap lugs“ that you can attach to the camera via tripod mount.
