I have also been very happy with the hoods I've bought from Heavstar over the last few years. Sizes have been 40.5mm for my FSU 50mms and 39mm tele for my 9cm Elmar. Great prices, I think, and quick well packed shipping.
I did get a set of LTM adapters from him that have been fine on my R2a; don't know that they would bring up the correct frame-lines on another camera but, for the Bessa, they are excellent.
