For their most excellent customer service. I gave a call to them and to the distributor of my enlarger for an alignment issue this morning. I got a call from KHB soon after they opened up for the day, it's been six hours plus and still not a peep from the distributor.

I agree. KHB has been especially helpful to me in the past. They have a lot of parts that others don't seem to have [or have interest in selling]. My favorite guy up there is Dave Etherington. He'll go out of his way to help you get, or fix something. Folks like this should be rewarded with your business. There is no replacement for them.
