I have one of Luigi's cases for my Epson RD-1 and wanted to add the removable snap-off screen review cover.
Since I was going to be in Rome later in the week I decided to take the opportunity to have the work done and save a bit on shipping. After communicating with him via e-mail (he is very prompt and courteous in responding) about having the work done, I shipped it to him via FedEx on Monday from Washington, D.C.
He received the case in Rome Wednesday evening, and after paying him a very modest fee via PayPal, he did the job quickly and had the case waiting for me at my hotel in Rome Thursday afternoon. I left Rome on Friday morning.
Because of my tight schedule I didn't have a chance to meet Luigi, but he was very accomodating to my needs, and his work, as always is first rate.
I highly recommend his cases. He was surprised at how "beat up" mine was and polished it up for me gratis.
I appreciated his quick turnaround, and his very professional and courteous communication.
