i believe that are very expensive,i Spain,one roll of b&w film cots me 4 euros(6 $)

For black and white I recommend Lexington B&W. http://www.lexingtonlabs.com I find the service at Duggal to be lacking (to put it generously.) But they are the only place that can develop Scala.
