I've read alot about him- read both Requiem and Lost over Laos, but it's quite interesting to see and hear what he was actually like.
on that note, I also read Capa's Slightly out of Focus. It's got pictures, but I think the writing is just excellent...

Thanks for sharing - it appears we have the same reading list !!
I was also fortunate enough to get a copy of "Larry Burrows Compassionate Photographer" which is the book Life Magazine published in (I think) 1972 shortly after his death.
Well worth tracking down for any Burrows fan.

another thing- it seems like all the issues of LIFE magazine are online on google books. it's not the greatest to read off... but much better than nothing.
