I've been dithering about getting a P600 and was about to order one from Amazon when I phoned up my local store in Portland OR (I'm across the border in Vancouver, WA). Imagine my surprise to find out there is a $250 rebate if you are upgrading from another six-color printer. I'm sure that everyone else was aware of this, but if not, you've got one more day for the rebate.

The local store is charging $100 more than Amazon, but I save $60 by buying in Oregon, which has no sales tax, so the difference is only $40.

Likewise! I ordered the Epson P800 from B&H this morning, it will be here in Seattle on Monday. Upgrading from the 3880 gets me a $350 rebate. No tax and free shipping. Tomorrow is the last day for the rebates, 5/31.
