A Rapax shutter on a 6x7 RF was until recently firing with speeds approximately correct and proportional (e.g. 1/2 sounding about twice as long as 1/5). The only real issue was that the B setting behaved as 1 second. This changed suddenly- now all settings seem to fire the way 1/200 (or maybe 1/100) used to, with the exception of 1/400 which looks/sounds faster and more or less normal.
Can anyone explain what has happened? I know of leaf shutters gradually slowing down with age and/or sticking, but not what seems like a sudden quitting of the delay clockwork.
Can anyone suggest how to recover it, short of a servicing?
Thank You

There's no easy fix. It should be opened and then serviced.
