'Left handed' cameras

How about majestic Voigtlanders from 1950's? I think both Bessa II and Prominent were designed for left-handed use.

The shutter button on the Prominent was on the right, though focusing was done by means of turning a knob on the left concentric with the rewind. Don't know about the Bessa II offhand, but the Bessa I had the shutter button on the right.

How many hands and fingers are required to operate this?

My guess is that the State Street crew hopped on a plain to Germany the day after they saw this in production and bought Nagel Camera Werks AG for one and a half times the asking price!

I have a Mamiya 23 and Linhof Technika 70 (but no photos thereof) that would fit the bill; the Linhof would also save you a fortune in gym fees. Every advert I've seen for the Linhof shows it being shot by a petite young lady. Must have built girls differently back then - the damned thing is made from recycled battleships and could easily do double duty as a wrecking ball.

Any camera that takes an L-grip would also suit:

The RZ and ProTL are both wearing said grips; the C330f (now my nephew's plaything) will do the same. In fact, pretty much any medium-format system camera will take one.

Ha, my 2 hands & 5 fingers seem to do the trick. But seriously, the main controls on the body (shutter speed dials, shutter release, etc.) are essentially the same as on a "Barnack" Leica (though both shutter speed dials are on top), only designed to be operated w/the left hand, & the lens is operated w/the right hand, which is what I do. The Ektra does have an in-body focus wheel, like the Zeiss Ikon Contax, only located at the bottom rather than the top, but as w/the Contax, the wheel can be ignored (plus, unlike the Contax, the Ektra has no infinity lock, so it's even easier to ignore).

How many hands and fingers are required to operate this?

I see that Kodak have re-used the Ektra name on a new phone...and which camera had push button focussing, each button representing a given zone?

I have not seen one, but it is 21mp, basically a camera with a phone in it. Nice design, but probably a little large, and unclear how it will be sold and supported.
