Leica 21/4.0 SA Vs. 21mm/3.4 SA -- Compared

Anyone have any strong feelings about these lenses compared? Im interested in the 21mm/3.4 SA. Can you tell me if the 21mm/3.4 meters with M6, MP, etc?

Paul, there are a few threads here discussing about 21/3.4 SA. From most of the users' opinion, 21/3.4 is a better performance lens overall, 21/4 SA is more for collector markets.
No, 21/3.4 SA won't meter with any body with onboard meter unless modified.
