Leica 35mm F2 asph on a r2a

Will the latest Leica 35mm F2 asph fit on a r2a. Seems like i remember that it wont fit.

It's a Leica M lens, and the R2a has an M mount. They fit.

The only ones to watch out for are some of the collapsible lenses that may hit the shutter when collapsed, they work fine extended. All M mount lenses should mount though and work OK. Oh and the 35 Cron ASPH will be fine combination when used with the R2A.

It isn't necessarily as simple as that E.g. my 4th Gen 35mm Summicron doesn't fit on my Bessa T. So it's not a bad idea to check first...
