Leica 90mm Elmar Leatherette?

I have a 90mm Elmar collapsible that I had to peel that little leatherette ring off of to get it apart to lube the helical and the ring just crumbled when I tried to remove it. Anyone know where to get a replacement? I can push it into a piece of leather and cut it out myself if I have to but it's easier to buy one if there's one available.

I made my own from a sheet of "leather" from Aki Asahi. Not too difficult as you already know.

Not leather originally, but vulcanite. It will crumble just like the camera vulcanite does.

Ah thanks Ronald, I didn't realize it was vulcanite. I'll try to find something that looks similar and just cut one out myself.
