leica box for m3 with summicron attached

hi,
i wanted to give a friend a m3 with 50 summicron as a gift and was looking for a wooden box (like the ones for the special edition leica m6) for storing/presentation.
does anyone know where to buy sth like this?

Look for "Leica Aztec", these cases are very pretty, and the interior bag useful for travel. If I understand right, Leica made them for both R3 and M4P. Like this:
