Search "leica parts" on ebay. A few sellers are very active with parts. Most of the parts on there are for screw mount Leicas. I have bought all kinds of bits, including a pressure plate.

You could also probably use a plate from an old FED 1 camera. If you look you might find a complete "junk" FED for less than the cost of a Leica pressure plate.
