Leica lens caps -- 35mm Summicron?

I'm sure this has been answered in various capacities other threads, but a sloppy search didn't turn up much.

A couple of months ago I nabbed a bargain-condition 35mm summicron, "Made in Canada" from KEH. Naturally, for the condition, it came without caps. At first, this did not bother me - I put a 39mm yellow filter on it and went on my merry way, shooting b&w and periodically brushing the dust off the filter. But then somebody posted a link to that place selling E100VS for a buck a roll, and then my Color photography class started requiring me to shoot more color, and now I have to admit that the yellow filter solution is no substitute for having an actual cap, especially when I have to keep screwing it on and off.

So I've grudgingly admitted that I need caps, but I'm mystified as to what specific caps I need! Are leica caps fairly universal? KEH has several caps that look like they might potentially fit:

"FRONT 39 ALUM BLACK CAP"
"FRONT 39 BLACK 14122 CAP"
"FRONT 39 CHROME 14031 CAP"
"FRONT 42 PLASTIC (39) CAP"

"REAR 14051 (GREY LINER) CAP"
"REAR 14269 CAP"
"REAR PLASTIC THIN CAP"

And then some assortment of heavy metal rear caps that, by the price, look like collectables, and hood caps, for which I don't qualify due to my lack of hood.

Any help is appreciated. 🙂

I've lost a scad ot the slip on caps over the years. I bought a Leica snap in cap from B-H a few weeks ago for $19.95 I think. Overall it's a little bit wider in dimeter than the 39 mm but that gives better purchase for my meaty hands. I'm sure they have generic caps for less money but the Leica is a little different from any other snap-in cap that I've ever seen.

I just bought a ton of front and rear caps, and hoods from them for very reasonable prices, and shipping was very quick. I can't recommend them highly enough.
