He was a Polish paratrooper, I did not ask, but I think he did jump near Arnhem during Market Garden. The picture was taken at the General Maczek Museum re-opening last year in the City of Breda, where many soldiers of the 1st Polish Armored Division ended up after the war.
 
bigeye, thanks, I don't do a lot of portraits but it seems that for both portraits and other shots I seem to get some of the best ones when using a LTM and some of that old glass.
