Leica M 39 in Contax II / Nikon S2

Hello me again with a (stupid) question
Was or is there an adapter to use a Leica M39 lens on a contax II or Nikon S2?

No standard adapter exists as the Contax flange-distance is more than the one used by Leica.

"But" some Leica lenses such as the type 1 Rigid Summicron can be unscrewed from the Focus mount. You could make an adapter to use the lens on a Nikon. That has been done, but custom jobs only.
