I've been a big fan of the Voigtlander VM-E close focus adapter with the 4mm extension, but I've moved away from Sony to a Fuji GFX 50r and now I'm back to much longer minimum focus distances. I've tried the Oufro but the 10mm extension is too much. I've ordered a Kipon 8.1mm extension tube but I can't seem to find anything smaller. There looks to be a Robot Royal 6mm extension but it looks like it's for screw mount to M mount. Any ideas or maybe where I could get one custom made? Would love to get in the 4-6mm range.
