M-M helicoid adapter?

Does this exist? I've been looking all around the web, but can't find it. I know there are extension tubes, by novoflex & leica but i find them really expensive. I was hoping for some aftermarket M-M helicoid adapter. I use it on my Sony A7, but that's M-NEX helicoid, this works amazing for close focussing. I would love to use the M240 live view, in combination with a M-M helicoid.

Any suggestions/idea's? I was also looking at combining 2 adapters, but can't think of a solution.

Technically the current Leica M Macro adapter is one. Pricey though.

Yeah, the current leica one is pretty expensive for a simple helicoid, as that's what it is. 630 euro. The factories in the east can whip out generic LM-E helicoids for 50 euro, so am looking to see whats possible there.

But nobody seems to make this. Maybe assembling something from an existing helicoid, replace the E mount with a M bayonet flange.... for the price leica is asking, you can probably have a machinist whip something up.
