Hey guys, here's my video from backstage at Australian Fashion Week, using the Leica M. As my primary job there was to shoot runway for the designers, this is not a video story over the whole week, but a combination of 2 hours of random pictures when I had the chance so the pics aren't amazing but hopefully you'll enjoy the entertainment ;-)

+1 and ignore the parrot response on UTube.
+2. Seems to work nicely. What you personal verdict seeing the original files from the M240 on your monitor screen, are you (technically) happy with the result?
Of course from the video you can't make any judgement, so any comment on skin tones, most likely watched on an uncalibrated screen disqualifies itself before "enter" was hit😉

The files come out great. I have an Eizo monitor that allows me to fully scrutinize the colors and it's very difficult to see the difference between this camera and the M9. There is no deterioration from the change of CCD to CMOS, and the ability to shoot at ISO 3200 like I did with the MM is great. now I have a color M that has no compromises next to my Nikon D4.

I love the portrait at 1:08.

Oh, to have such luxuries as a digital M ):

Thanks, the models were lit using an Ice Light, my new favourite lighting accessory that works so well for M photography. http://www.theicelight.com

It's so easy to use and the quality of the light exceeds any LED light I've used to date. HIGHLY recommended!
