I bought the Zeiss Contax Vario-Sonnar T* 35-70mm F/3.4 Lens as a medium zoom to put on the M, but mainly because of the macro at 35mm featured in some of the photos from the blog, like this

I picked up a Zeiss Contax 40-80 f4 to use on my 5Dii.
Another German SLR zoom that may be very good or the M or other mirrorless cameras I suppose.
That image with the nokton of the high tulips above a field of smaller flowers is fantastic.
