i think i like the one of you sitting on the sofa the most.

not a criticism just a point i'm wondering about - your photos all seem to be extremely high contrast due to underexposure, and i read on your blog that you had to adjust for this in lightroom. is that something you always do as part of your style or ? i thought some of the photos might benefit from a bit more smooth tones or longer exposure time.

No the underxposure I was talking about (where using the 85mm Jupiter 9 for some portraits) was not deliberate or part of a style - just user error. I'm not so sure whether that is why the photos on my blog look too contrasty to you though. I think that might me (i) the scanning and (ii) because I do have a preferance for slightly more contrast but I am trying to keep it under control!
