I busted the winder on my M6, but managed to get the camera open and extract the piece. But now I need a replacement. Anyone know where I might find one? I've emailed DAG and Youxin Ye, but was wondering if there's a website that exists that I don't know about? I searched, but came up short. I have attached a picture of the part I need replaced.

I think DAG might be your best bet...

My M5s need red dots!
Unless you contact Leica USA, the people you e-mailed are the ones who know. Now, the question is whether they have that part in stock.
OTOH, did you try Sherry Krauter at The Golden Touch? She may be helpful as well.
From a Leica M6TTL owner to another... best of luck!

DAG will have one. Note that M4P will be compatible, too. And - while you are at it, you might as well replace the original alu rewind knob with a brass one.

Thanks guys...Leica USA has the part for $10, but DAG sent me an email saying the original winder is steel, where the one I have is cast and brittle and breaks easier. DAG has the steel one for $26 shipped, so I might just get both.
What's the difference with rewind knobs?
