Whoa, bizarre. I just today shot almost exactly that same photo with an R-D1. Except for real!

I'm sure a Nikon would have been much much much much much much better at shooting anything, including black holes, but I prefer to concentrate on photos rather than bash other things.

I was wondering why all the pictures were blurred but then I realized that I had the camera in crap shot mode and hadn't followed the instructions about setting the focus distance ... On a more serious note, I quite like the RF focusing and frame selection demo

That's right, get out the camera, they fall over themselves to be the first one photographed. Then they stand there lookin' all dignified and such until you're done.
