Hi all,
A guy in my area has an M8.2 for sale. He bought it New in November 2010 and registered it in December 2010 and used it for 2400 actuations. It's like new condition with everything that comes with it, including two UVA/IR filters. ($3900) too much asking price?
Thanks for your input,
Frank

Since he bought it very recently he probably has shock as to how much he stands to lose compared to the new price, but these typically go for 3100-3400 even in excellent/mint- condition with under 5000 clicks. I'd make him an offer on the high side.

Thanks for the advice. I thought $3900 is too high.
The M9P is pushing prices of lightly used M9's to $6K, and the M8 is going under $2500 in EX+/LN- condition with EX cameras at about $2000. I agree with the above, $3400 is closer to the mark.

Leida dealers list them from $3400-$3900 in this condition, give or take. I wouldn't offer as much to a private party who won't be around to stand behind the transaction if there are issues.

Do not go over $3400.
