What Fraser says, there's a pattern of dust particles repeating over shots. Easily seen over the first three shots, so it might also be the lens?

Thanks guys.

Sent my black M8 to Solms for a free clean and check together with my 28 cron aspherical just before the 2-years warranty period is up. Sensors cleaned up. Strange that the blower did notr quite clear up the dust bunnies.

I paid to change the top plate to a chrome one and now I have a unique M8. Top plate and dials are chrome, whilst the bottom plate is black. 😛

I had the UV IR filters on. strange I still suffer the cyan shift.

Is your lens coded and is lens detection turned on? If you don't like that route, consider CornerFix as part of your workflow when using wides. CornerFix can run as a batch routine, requires only that you shoot and process a profile once for each lens (very simple, really), and cleans up the vignetting/cyan drift quite well.

It looked to me more like the drift (in particular in the image of the woman/boy tending their nets) was caused by the postprocessing... What does the original image look like?

BTW, the strongest image to me is the guy pulling in the boat. Great shot!

Now I understand.

The vignetting was purposely post-processed to emphasize the main subject matter. I did that through burn and dodge. It's not caused by the lens, certainly.

Kind of have to agree, but the shots are eye chatching for sure. Great compositions.
