Leica magnifier?

I was going thru my box of early Leica stuff and came across this magnifier(?) and cannot quite figure out what it is. Could somebody identify it for me? Does it have any value? Thanks, Mike

It looks like a VIOOH.
Variable viewfinder from 35mm to 135mm.

Mine has cost me 100 euros some years ago.
