Leica Minilux EO1

Today my Minilux has an EO1 fault.

Switch off, and switch on and it goes away. Then it comes back later.

Does anybody know what this is? And how to cure it?

Google doesn't have information.

Last year I had the EO2 fault and the camera needed to be sent away for repair. As I use it every day I'm hoping I can solve the EO1 myself.

All of those errors seem to equate to a shutter problem....

Does the lens actually pop out like its supposed to when you turn it on?

I had the camera repaired a year ago for the EO2 issue.

Now, I just started getting the EO1 warning.

The lens doesn't pop out 100% of the time, it never has done for about ten years, but an off/on click always gets it out.
