I am really impressed with the service in Allendale NJ. My warranty ran out in early March. I needed a defective plastic screen protector replaced, and I did not have time to get it fixed during the year in that I was always using my M8 (I kept the protector on with tape). I explained the situation to them, and they fixed it for free, despite the warranty running out. What impressed me is they shipped my camera back in MUCH better shape than when I dropped it off. I looked at my Firmware, and although I just loaded the most recent one, all the settings were at their factory settings. They reset the camera and / or reloaded the firmware. What really surprised me is that my sensor had alot of dust on it and I was going to send it to a local store (Allentown PA Dans Camera City) and when I turned on my M8 and tested it, THE SENSOR WAS CLEAN!!!! WOW!!! I did not even ask for that, and they wanted to make sure the camera was the best it could possibly be. Now I mentioned I was a professional, and I needed the camera before a certain date, so that may or may not have had a bearing on the situation. At any rate, I am impressed!!!!

Great service, but really, you should learn to clean the sensor yourself. To stay in my field of expertise:D, visiting a dental hygienist is fine, but one should brush one's own teeth as well...

Maybe he knows how to clean his sensor but just doesn't want to. I brush my teeth and go to a dental hygienist...

It's not rocket science - and unpractical to have it done...Two minutes DIY suffices.
