Does anyone have a reading on what the approximate wait time for the Leica Q is from the NY stores' waiting lists?

Why don't you just email (call) them and ask? I have seen some in stock in Canada, both Toronto and Montreal. With a current usd->cad rate you might even get a better deal on it.
