Leica R plus Full Frame?

So I have a Sony a850 I love. I also have a Leica R 50mm Summicron. I am awaiting an adaptor to fit it on the Sony. Is the Leica R lenses a nice match for the Sony cameras. I thought about picking up a Leica R 90mm for portraits. Have you done it? Do you like the results? Please feel free to show me pictures. Thanks........

Well I order an adaptor to put in on my NEX7 but I got the tilt shift version it looked like fun.
