Have 2 Leica rangefinder M 2 & 3, needing repairs. F stop aperture ring almost frozen, slow speeds not correct. second camera's film advance stuck, self timer seems unconnected, range finder black. Since I imagine you're in the US, I'd highly recommend Youxin Ye out of MA for repairs. I've been so happy with his work on my lenses and cameras that I ship to him from Canada! His website is here: http://www.yyecamera.com/
The M2 seems like it just needs a basic CLA, which can range from around $150 to $300 depending on if the shutter curtains need replacing. The M3 will definitely need more serious repairs, especially if the advance is stuck and the viewfinder is blacked out. Anyway, I'd get in contact with Youxin to get estimates on everything.

No question I would go to Sherry Krauter for this work. She happens to be working on one of my cameras right now. I have never been disappointed.
