Leica servicing/repair in London

Find it difficult to navigate around this site, am sure this has been asked before. Can anyone recommend a good reasonably priced place to get Leica M6 and M7's serviced and lenses calibrated, including Non Leica Nikon and Jupiter LTM lenses?

If I were you I would have a word with Ivor at Red Dot Cameras. I know that he has a repair man that covers most of his work, he may be able to help.

Not sure about the non Leica stuff but for the m6 m7 I can recommend Peter at CRR just north of London in Dunstable 01582 570395. Very high quality work at a fair price . For the non Leica stuff perhaps try Sendean Cameras in St Anne's Court.

Could any of the above CLA and perform the MP rangefinder upgrade to an M6 or would that need to go back to leica? My M6 needs a clean out and the viewfinder is very prone to flare.
 
I've had good experiences with Red Dot too, and The Classic Camera. Sendean, only ever got an exorbitant quote, never any actual work.
 
Graham Playford in London Bridge can also do Leica M equipment - I've had a couple of things CLA'd by him, and I know he's been used in the past by Classic Camera.

Not Sendean, unless they've improved drastically in the last few years. All the cameras I had done there came back no better than when they went in, and in a few cases noticeably worse.

A pity because the old repairman there did beautiful work and loved classic cameras.
 
Peter at CRR Luton. A real gent, always helpfull when I ring with technical questions and his work on an M4 I had was perfect.
