No. Not even sure how the MP registers. When I upload my film images, it doesn't register or shows up as the brand of the scanner.
If you do a tag search for "Leica M3" you get 12,589 results and 52,694 hits if you search for "Leica M6". Far more than one per day.

Yeah, like me... and a few others for sure. The X1 is doing well...despite it being hated by most internutters.

the flickr stats can be misleading. members, after all, determine whether they want their camera type to be noted (via exif). thus, while i use an M8 and post its captures on flickr, i have indicated "no exif data" and, thus, my captures do not come up in this "pool" of M8 captures.

Ride, dive, shoot.
I don't tag my gear info to photos because I'm not a big fan of "ahh Leica!" type of comments. So all Flickr sees is CanoScan 8400F as my "Camera." I have RFF to geek out about gear. 
Could be interesting to see how many film Leica people are there though.
