Leica Super-Elmar 21mm f/3.4 ASPH review

Only the second Leica M lens I have purchased new, and it's worth every penny.

Very nice review. I wouldn't leave home without it.

It's a fine lens, thanks for the review; I sold my 21mm Elmarit ASPH f/2.8 and Zeiss C-Biogon f/4.5 lenses to fund a SEM, which is more affordable than most Leica lenses. Here's one for a contrast vs. the Venice shots in the article... 🙂

IS a nice lens, but one for which i will have a very hard time justifying the price. I have the zeiss 2.8 and it really doesnt have any fault, maybe is to contrasty, that could be the only complain, which is not for me 🙂

Use the 21 SEM once and that Zeiss may not be safe for long in your kit.

🙄

Just saying'...
