I just visited the JFK assassination museum in Dallas, Texas. On display is almost all of the cameras that photographed the tragic event.
Charles Bronson (not the actor) took some photos with his Leica IIIa and Summitar 50/2. (He also shot a video but we don't care about that).
Among the other still cameras, there was a Argus I didn't recognize (big with a built in meter), a Yashica 44, a Polaroid Land, and a Nikkorex.
