I see there is an eBay seller trying to sell an X1 for $3100. I wonder if that is OK with Leica? They are supposed to cost $1995. as far as I know.

this weeks Amateur Photographer (UK) has a full test of the camera, they found it VERY dissapointing. Especially in view of the price.
Results in RAW were best, JPEG poor. Looks like a software upgrade at least is needed (already
) although auto focus was also very slow.
Outside of the auto-focus, I love my X1...great IQ, classic design, simplicity in menus and dials, etc. Unless the seller is a authorized Leica dealer, I don't think Leica can do anything about it.
