Leica's 100th anniversary S2 limited edition kit

Leica will release a 100th anniversary S2 kit with an S2 body, 30mm f/2.8 and 70mm f/2.5 lenses and aluminum Zero Halliburton type case. There will be only 100 of these kits made at a cost of £26,000 (or $43,370).

ANY DIGITAL COMMEMORATIVE camera is a loser financially because
you are paying a premium for it
that you will loose your butt on once its sensor becomes outdated.

remembering 100 years of Leica by something which is conceptually so far from what made Leica a great tool is lame. digital or not...

It's a Rimowa case. They wouldn't stick a German made camera in an American case now would they. Is the price of this inflated a lot from their regular price for the body and two lenses?
