Lem, great to see the lens work with the M6. The Wollensak is an excellent lens.

I sure hope somebody's gonna buy that to put me out of my misery, I broke the piggy bank over several non-photography related actions this year and that Wollensak has been winking at me for months, I can hardly take it anymore...!

it's not that I am without a good Wollensak LTM anyway...

Perfex Wollensak Velostigmat 50/2.8 hacked into a de-chromed Industar-22 mount, collimated on Leica M8.

You see, I'll live :D:D
 
thank you very much Johan. i'm really starting to get attached to this lens... i think all i need for it now is a hood from the currently discontinued Elmar-M and its all set. here's another look at this "Quiet American" lens.

From my holiday addres in Switzerland, I'm already starting to regret I did not bring my Hackensak with me...

Upon return, in several weeks, I will be posting shots from the L-Hexanon 50/2.4 I brought instead.

PS funny thing: two guys posting in a thread with over 2,000 hits thus far...
