Leitz SOSTA focusing mount

So, I have read in Lager's Volume II, page 55 about these LTM focusing mounts for the 50mm Summicron lens heads, allowing you to move the lens from the M-mount body to the LTM. Since I have a rigid Summicron I would sure like to find one of those mounts! Probably rarer than the proverbial hen's teeth, right? Anyone here ever seen one being sold?
