Lens cap for E60 Noctilux?

Does anyone happen to know what third party (or any party) lens cap would fit E60 Noctilux? Outside diameter of the lens is 62mm and I'm having a lot of trouble finding a suitable cap for it. I don't care if says Canon on it or is made out of cheapest radioactive and poisonous materials. Lens came with a cap that has 63mm inside diameter and it doesn't stay on it at all.

It is a standard E60 or 60mm lens cap. Leica as well as other third parties make them.

Standard or not, where can I find one? Lens caps sold as 62mm are plenty but they are for lenses with filter/thread size of 62mm which is not what I'm after. I haven't come accross any that has inner diameter of 62mm or in other words caps that are for lenses with filter size 60mm.

Shouldn't it be a clip-in, not push-on cap? I think I have one lying around somewhere. Same size as the pre-aspheric 21/2.8, right? Check the Leica part number and let me know. My 21/2.8 was stolen in Moscow, years ago.

Only Leica made E60 lenses (50/1.0, 75/1.4, 21/2.8) so chances are small to find some third-party lens caps. I was lucky to find a NOS 60-62 step-up ring some time ago and now use a cheap heavystar 62 hood and hood cap with my Noctilux.

Cap from Adorama through Amazon is EUR 82,02 with shipping (58,15€). That Buy.com and Shopping.com cap is also from Adorama so it's the same price. That's just too much for shipping a feather weight plastic cap.

Maybe I will buy a bigger cap and use it with a step-up adapter.

Get a Nikon 62mm center pinch cap. I can mail you one if you like from Japan for about US$20.

Cap from Adorama through Amazon is EUR 82,02 with shipping (58,15€). That Buy.com and Shopping.com cap is also from Adorama so it's the same price. That's just too much for shipping a feather weight plastic cap.

That's strange - I saw a price about 25,- USD second hand, 29,- USD new 😱

Oh and for everybody complaining about paying 29,- USD for "this is just a plastic cap" - no, it is not!
It is a low volume item, assembled from not less than 6 parts with the process of gluing two of them.

Paying as low a price, as 29,- USD can be considered a good deal.
