Hey there,
Apologies for posting in the "M" forum about a lens that is truly "LTM", but I've got it on my "M" and well, it's a weirdo to begin with
I just grabbed an old Russian 28mm/f6 (FED?) and I can't quite figure out what size lens cap to get - It's a deep-dish, so either the inside spring-loaded or even a cheap outside cover-cap would work.
Anyone got a size?
Muchas gracias,
Noah

Filter size may be printed on the lens somewhere. That should be the cap size.

Nothing there other than the focal length/aperture and "Orion-15" in Cyrillic...

Try a cap for 40.5mm filter sized lenses: a 42 push on, I think. I'm fairly sure that 40.5 is the filter size for this lens.
The Jupiter-12 (35mm) lenses that I've owned are similar looking to the Orion and the cap for the J-12 did not cover the entire front of the lens, just the threaded ring.
