Lens compatibility with M6?

I know that the M5 and CL had some issues with certain lenses with protruding back elements due to the meter stalk that swings up behind the lens to read the exposure.

I know that the Bessa R (and perhaps the R2, R2a, R3a) have some issues with the Jupiter 35mm wide angle not fitting, and certainly not working with the metering.

Are there any lens mounting issues with the Leica M6?....with either "M" mount lenses or "M" adapted LTM lenses of all manufacturers?

Yes there are lens mouting issues with M6. But not so much like the M5 or CL. Just some lens will go in too deep inside the camera body and it may partially block the metering diode and so the metering will not work correctly.
