Lens Hood for Kodak Retina llc

Can't seem to find what size the Retina llc takes with the f2.8 Schneider lens. Any info will be appreciated, I enjoy the camera but notice some flare when shooting into the sun, I think a hood will solve the problem. Do you know the screw in and the push on sizes? TIA.

Kodak made a small square plastic hood that attached to the lens via a bayonet. Often, the hood was sold with a small plastic cube container that also could hold three screw-in filters.

I think I paid about $25 about four years ago for the hood, case and red, yellow and green filters.

I see a round hood available on eBay right now.

Just keep watching for it, it will show up. Ebay has a wonderful natural cycle to it, just need to keep watching. Also look in junk piles. This sort of shade is not well labeled and could be thrown in piles of junk that goes for a lot less.

The round Kodak Retina "32"* lens Hood, which also takes Series V filters, has a screw or slip on fit. It as well as the outer bayonet fit rectangular hood are often found on the auction site.
